Executive Leadership
Managing Director & Co-Founder
After careers in the electrical trade and recreational scuba diving instruction around the world, Richard returned to New Zealand in 2000 and spent five years in the commercial cleaning industry. When that business sold in 2005, Access | Partners in Property was born. The last 20 years have been rewarding, seeing a company grow from very small beginnings to what it is today.

Operations Director & Co-Founder
Prior to immigrating to New Zealand, Lance owned and operated a successful contracting, plumbing and drain laying business. On arrival in 1997, he was employed by a large international waste management company as an Operations Manager, responsible for delivering significant contracts across most sectors. This led to joining forces with Richard and the establishment of Access | Partners in Property in 2005.

Chief Commercial Officer
Lee's career began with an operational bias in the housing and scaffolding sectors, followed by general management roles before joining Access in 2019. Starting in business development and moving through Auckland sales management to a national role, Lee drives commercial growth across all regions.

Chief People & Safety Officer
Ronel holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, National Certifications in Occupational Health & Safety, and over 15 years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and HSEQ. With experience across South Africa and New Zealand, she brings a strong balance of operational and strategic leadership to the people and safety function.

Chief Financial Officer
With 40 years in various accounting roles in the Auckland area, Roger brings deep financial expertise to the Access leadership team. He is proud of the Finance team's achievements as the company grows.

Chief Construction Officer
Projects and Waterproofing · Auckland-based, delivered nationwide
Pieter leads the projects and waterproofing capability within the business, bringing operational discipline to scoping, programme coordination, site delivery and quality control.

Regional Leadership
From 1 September 2026, Access delivery is organised into Northern, Central and Southern operating regions, each led by a dedicated Regional Manager. Our existing branches keep operating as the local points of contact within their regions.
Regional Manager - Northern
Daniel's career started overseas in accounting and finance before moving to NZ in 2002. In 2009 his career evolved to project management for industrial plant modernisation, and operations and contract management for national infrastructure projects before joining Access. Daniel leads the Northern Region operational performance of multi-disciplinary teams at the frontline of our service delivery.

Regional Manager - Central
Gavin leads regional delivery across Waikato and Bay of Plenty, keeping local teams connected to Access systems, standards and customer expectations.

Regional Manager - Southern
Matthew brings more than 15 years of experience across construction and operational leadership roles, supported by an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying. As South Island Regional Manager, he applies a practical, solutions-focused approach to asset management, with a focus on growing the business, delivering high-quality outcomes for clients, and strengthening relationships throughout the region.
